Yes, I want my family in Heaven. How do I stand in the gap?

A gap stander, preferably a family member, is a person standing in the space between satan and the person who needs to be saved. The Gap Stander simply refusing to let satan have the soul of their family member. Not giving up when the going gets rough. Will you volunteer to be ‘imagapstander’ in your family?

I chose to be the one to stand in the gap for my family. I volunteer to be the one to wrestle my family members out of the schemes satan sets for them. I have to stand in the gap. I cannot, will not stand by and see satan destroy my children and family members and their faith in God. I taught them about Jesus and I am not ashamed of it.

Faith

Faith is where it starts.

It takes faith in God to believe God for what He says in His promises to us. without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6.

How do I get faith to believe? Glad you ask. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 10:17.

Read the Promises in the Bible. Take God at His Word. Believe His promises to be true in whatever circumstances you find yourself. Jesus hasn’t lost any of his Power. He is as strong now as He was when He walked on earth. He said the miracles He did we can do also with faith in Him.

Start immediately today standing on God’s promise to you. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:31.

Family members won’t always do what you want them to when you want but God is in control. Stand on His promises, not your own understanding. Stand on the Promises He gives in His Word regardless of how circumstances looks. You may not even know where your children are, God does. He hears your cry for that lost child. Nothing your loved one does can keep God’s promises from being true to you. God’s Word stands true when all else fails. People disappoint but God keeps Promises.

Will you volunteer to stand in the gap for your family’s salvation? Standing in the gap is not too much to ask. Jesus chose to stand in the gap between satan and us, refusing to give us up to his plots and plans of killing the whole human race. Jesus would not allow it. Jesus chose to stand in the gap, in satan’s way.

Standing in the gap today for our family is not for the faint of heart. Standing in the gap is a constant commitment. Would you like to be the one who makes a difference in your family’s destiny? God wants to use you so let Him. You supply the vessel for Him to work through, He supplies the need, as He equips you to know what to do.

You will be very proud you did when in Heaven with all your family celebrating with you around the Throne of God. Isn’t it wonderful to know that we can stand in the Gap believing in God’s Divine Plan. Knowing our loved ones will be saved to be with Jesus for eternity!!!

PRAYER

Prayer is a wonderful privilege to be able to communicate with Almighty God and there is no substitute for prayer.

Our family was born to serve and love God. Don’t stop praying until that happens, then keep praying that they stay strong in the Lord. Never give up on your family’s salvation, no matter how old they are, or where they are in life. Keep family members covered with prayer.

Prayer covers your family with spiritual protection that nothing else will. No barriers are big enough or tall enough to keep out the Presence’s of the Lord when you pray. God moves because we ask. Never be discouraged enough to stop asking. ‘that is called ‘imagapstander.’

Your prayers will change your family’s ways. Nothing takes the place of a family being covered by prayer.
